3. Third-Party Suppliers
Some elements of your tour or experience may be provided by third-party suppliers. These may include hotels, restaurants, hospitality providers, transport providers, vehicle hire companies, event venues, ferries, track providers, guides, photographers, concierge partners or other suppliers.
Where we arrange, introduce or facilitate third-party services, the relevant supplier’s own terms and conditions may also apply. You agree to comply with those terms where applicable.
Renisetté will take reasonable care when selecting and coordinating suppliers, but we are not responsible for acts, omissions, availability, service standards, delays, cancellations, damage, charges, eligibility checks or other matters that are within the control of third-party suppliers.
4. Vehicle Hire and Own Vehicles
Renisetté does not operate as a car hire company and does not directly supply vehicles.
If we introduce, recommend or signpost a third-party vehicle hire provider, the hire agreement will be between you and that provider. Renisetté is not a party to the hire agreement and is not responsible for vehicle availability, eligibility checks, deposits, pre-authorisations, insurance excesses, damage, mechanical issues, hire terms, waivers, penalties or additional charges.
Guests may join selected tours in their own vehicle, subject to the requirements of the relevant tour. You are responsible for ensuring that any vehicle you use is roadworthy, legal, insured, taxed where required, and suitable for use in all countries included within the itinerary.
5. Driver Eligibility
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, all drivers must:
Be at least 26 years old
Hold a valid full driving licence
Ensure their licence is valid in every country included within the tour itinerary
Comply with all local driving laws, speed limits and regulations
Ensure they are legally and safely able to drive
Provide any information reasonably requested by Renisetté or a third-party supplier
Renisetté may refuse participation to any driver who does not meet the required eligibility standards for the tour, vehicle, destination or supplier.
6. Driving Conduct
Renisetté tours are not races, time trials, competitions or speed events.
All guests must drive responsibly and in accordance with the law at all times. Guests must also follow any reasonable instructions given by Renisetté staff, tour leaders, marshals, hotel staff, hospitality providers, venue operators, local authorities or other authorised persons.
Renisetté reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour, without refund, where their conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, abusive, damaging to the experience of other guests, or likely to bring Renisetté or its partners into disrepute.
7. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until Renisetté has issued written confirmation and the required deposit has been received.
Any quotation, proposal, itinerary or availability indication provided before confirmation is subject to change until the booking is confirmed in writing.
The lead guest must provide accurate booking information, including guest names, contact details, room requirements, vehicle details, hire requirements and any other information reasonably required for the tour.
8. Deposit and Balance Payments
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before the tour start date, unless a different payment schedule has been agreed in writing.
If payment is not received by the due date, Renisetté may treat the booking as cancelled by you and cancellation charges may apply.
Payments are normally made by bank transfer. Where card payment is offered, a card processing fee may apply.
9. Pricing and What Is Included
Your booking confirmation will set out the agreed price and what is included within your package.
Unless specifically stated in writing, the following are not included:

Road tolls
Parking charges
Speeding fines or traffic penalties
Vehicle hire deposits or excesses
Vehicle damage charges
Personal expenses
Travel insurance

Optional extras may be available depending on the tour. These may include vehicle hire, room upgrades, hospitality upgrades, additional nights, private transfers, private dining, spa arrangements or other concierge services.
Optional extras are subject to availability and may be provided by third-party suppliers. Additional charges may apply.
An optional extra is not confirmed until confirmed by Renisetté in writing and, where applicable, paid for in full.
11. Changes Requested by You
Any request to change a booking must be made in writing.
This may include changes to names, room type, occupancy, vehicle selection, hire requirements, dates, upgrades or other arrangements.
Changes are subject to availability, supplier approval and any additional charges. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
12. Cancellations by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Renisetté in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation, supplier commitments, non-refundable costs, event tickets, hospitality, accommodation, vehicle hire, staffing and other arrangements already committed to on your behalf.
Because Renisetté tours often involve limited availability, high-value supplier commitments and bespoke arrangements, deposits and other payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
We strongly recommend that all guests arrange comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment, medical issues, personal accident, travel disruption and other relevant risks.
13. Changes Made by Renisetté
Renisetté may make changes to an itinerary, route, hotel, restaurant, hospitality element, timing, experience or supplier where reasonably necessary.
This may happen for reasons including weather, road conditions, safety, supplier availability, operational requirements, local restrictions, event changes, force majeure or circumstances outside our control.
Where a significant element needs to be changed, we will aim to provide an equivalent or superior alternative where reasonably possible.
Minor changes may be made without notice where required for safety, timing, quality of experience or operational reasons.
14. Cancellation by Renisetté
Renisetté may cancel or postpone a tour where necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, insufficient numbers, safety concerns, supplier failure, event cancellation, travel restrictions, force majeure or other operational reasons.
If we cancel a tour, we will explain the available options, which may include a revised date, alternative tour, credit, partial refund or refund, depending on the circumstances and supplier recoverability.
Renisetté is not responsible for separate costs incurred by guests outside the booking, such as flights, personal travel arrangements, hotels, vehicle transport, insurance or other expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.
15. Force Majeure
Renisetté will not be liable for failure to perform, delay, cancellation, changes, additional costs or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
War, terrorism or civil unrest
Government restrictions
Border closures
Pandemics or public health restrictions
Industrial action
Road closures
Accidents or major traffic disruption
Supplier failure
Event cancellation or postponement
Power, technology or communication failures
Any other circumstance outside our reasonable control
16. Guest Health, Fitness and Suitability
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate in the tour or experience.
You must tell us in advance about any medical condition, mobility issue, dietary requirement, allergy, medication, impairment or other matter that may affect your participation or require reasonable adjustments.
We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but some tours may involve long drives, mountain roads, walking, busy event environments, late finishes, early starts or other physical demands.
17. Insurance
Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, cancellation, curtailment, personal accident, loss of belongings, travel disruption and any other risks relevant to the tour.
Drivers must also ensure that any vehicle used on the tour is properly insured for the intended use and countries visited.
Where a vehicle is hired through a third-party provider, guests are responsible for understanding and complying with the provider’s insurance terms, deposits, excesses and restrictions.
18. Guest Behaviour
Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests, Renisetté staff, suppliers, hotel staff, restaurant staff, event staff, members of the public and local authorities.
We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour or event, without refund, if their behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, aggressive, intoxicated, abusive, disruptive, damaging or otherwise unacceptable.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, fines, penalties, additional charges or costs caused by their actions.
19. Media, Photography and Promotional Use
Renisetté may arrange photography, filming or social media content during tours and events.
Where we intend to use guest images in marketing, social media or publicity, we will take reasonable care to respect individual preferences where notified to us.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed or filmed for promotional use should inform Renisetté in writing before the tour and notify the tour team on arrival.
20. Special Requests
We will do our best to assist with special requests, including dietary requirements, room preferences, celebrations, accessibility needs, vehicle preferences or other personal arrangements.
Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
21. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, driving licences, insurance documents, vehicle documents, hire documents and any other paperwork required for the countries included within the itinerary.
Renisetté is not responsible if a guest is unable to travel or participate because they do not have the correct documentation.
22. Accuracy of Information
We aim to ensure that information on our website, brochures, itineraries and proposals is accurate at the time it is published or provided.
However, hotels, routes, hospitality, restaurants, timings, cars, suppliers and other elements may change. Images and descriptions are illustrative unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
Your confirmed booking documents will set out the specific arrangements that apply to your booking.
23. Complaints
If you experience a problem during a tour, you should tell the Renisetté team as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to help resolve it.
If the issue cannot be resolved during the tour, any complaint should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour ending.
We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable time.
24. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general information and promotional purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use Renisetté content, photography, branding, itineraries or materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
25. Limitation of Responsibility
Renisetté is responsible for providing the services that we have agreed to provide as part of your confirmed booking, subject to these Terms.
We are not responsible for losses, costs, damage, disruption or dissatisfaction caused by third-party suppliers, guest actions, vehicle issues, traffic, weather, event changes, travel disruption, personal circumstances or matters outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, a booking or a Renisetté tour should first be raised with us directly so that we can try to resolve it in good faith.
