Which Asian Grand Prix Is Best for a Supercar Tour?

Asia offers some of Formula One’s most exciting race weekends, but only certain destinations have the right balance of roads, scenery, hospitality and atmosphere for a true luxury supercar tour.

Not every Grand Prix destination works naturally as a supercar tour.

Some race weekends are built around the city. Some are about nightlife, hospitality and spectacle. Others have something more valuable for a driving-led experience: access to roads, scenery and culture that allow the journey to build before the race weekend begins.

When looking at Asia, the most obvious Formula One destinations to consider are Japan, Singapore and China. Each offers a very different opportunity for Renisetté.

Singapore is perhaps the most glamorous. The night race, skyline, hotels, restaurants, private dining, members’ clubs and rooftop atmosphere make it one of the most desirable hospitality weekends in the world. For a luxury F1 concierge experience, Singapore is incredibly strong. But for a true supercar tour, the challenge is that the driving experience is less natural. The city is compact, highly regulated and better suited to lifestyle, hosting and private access than multi-day touring.

China, through Shanghai, offers a different opportunity. It has scale, luxury demand, impressive hotels, a major international circuit and access to a fast-growing high-net-worth audience. A Shanghai Grand Prix concept could work very well as a private client, brand partnership or corporate hospitality experience. The challenge is making the driving route feel effortless and premium, particularly around logistics, vehicle access and local regulations.

Japan is the most compelling from a Renisetté perspective.

The Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka is one of the great races on the Formula One calendar, and Japan has a deep automotive culture that is globally respected. More importantly, the wider country offers a sense of journey that could translate beautifully into a luxury supercar tour. Tokyo, Mount Fuji, Hakone, Izu, Kyoto, Nagoya and Suzuka can all contribute to a route that feels rich, varied and memorable.

Japan has the strongest emotional fit for a driving-led itinerary. It combines car culture, precision, hospitality, scenery and a genuine sense of occasion. A tour could begin with luxury hospitality in Tokyo, move towards Fuji and Hakone for scenic driving, continue through cultural stops and finish with the Grand Prix weekend at Suzuka.

That gives the race a role within the journey, rather than making it the only reason to travel.

For Renisetté, the best Asian Grand Prix supercar tour would not simply be a ticket and hotel package. It would be a carefully designed route combining the cars, the roads, the culture, the food, the hotels and the final race weekend.

Singapore may be the best for nightlife and hospitality. Shanghai may be the best for market scale and corporate opportunity. But Japan feels like the strongest fit for a true luxury supercar journey.

It has the roads.
It has the culture.
It has the automotive soul.
